6/22 – 6/23

Thursday, June 22, 2017 – Friday, June 23, 2017

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

The Urban Institute’s Pay for Success Initiative will be hosting its first-ever national symposium on the future of pay for success in Washington, D.C. on June 22-23, 2017.

The invite-only Symposium comes at a pivotal moment for the pay for success field: What have we learned from the first cohort of pay for success projects? How can cities, counties, and states use pay for success to expand evidence-based policymaking and outcomes-oriented approaches to government? How do we measure and share impact?

Through panels, workshops, and peer learning opportunities, the Symposium will engage field leaders, state and local government representatives, private and philanthropic funders, and program experts from across the country to:

  • Explore lessons learned from PFS projects and feasibility studies across the country
  • Discuss practical considerations for data, evaluation, and other key project elements
  • Build new relationships among agencies, funders, and evaluators
  • Evaluate the future of pay for success and investing in what works

We’ll be sharing lessons learned from the Symposium in the months to come. Sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Twitter to get updates as they come!
