The Urban Institute is releasing a new Notice of Service Availability (NoSA) to select up to four additional sites to receive pro bono technical assistance through the Pay for Success – Administrative Data (PFS-AD) program.
Selected applicants will receive between 6-9 months of technical assistance around administrative data challenges associated with developing, launching, or implementing their projects. The technical assistance provided by the Urban Institute can address a range of data related challenges including identifying and connecting to data resources, launching data sharing agreements, securely exchanging data, linking and cleaning administrative data, and analyzing data to identify target populations. Work plans will be tailored to the needs of those selected for technical assistance.
Eligible applicants may be from across the US, and must be a nonprofit organization, public or nonprofit university, state or local government, tribe, or a faith-based organization. The NoSA was posted January 18, 2019 and closed March 28, 2019. As applicants will be selected on a rolling basis, Urban encourages interested sites to apply early. Priority will be given to sites that have identified specific challenges that could benefit from technical assistance and are able to begin working with Urban immediately. After reviewing letters of application, Urban will have in-depth conversations with applicants before announcing the decision.
