Perkins update promotes evidence and innovation in career and technical education

At the end of last month, the President signed the Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act into law--the most significant piece of education legislation of his administration so far. The bipartisan legislation allows the US Department of Education to fund pay for success (PFS) initiatives that will prepare students and adults to enter the workforce.
